In the application of PVC film, the surface of the dense board is smooth and flat, the material is fine, the performance is stable, the edge is firm, and the surface of the board is well decorated. But the density board has poor moisture resistance. In contrast, the nail-holding force of MDF is worse than that of particleboard. If the screws are loosened after tightening, it is difficult to fix them in the same position.

Only with the medium-density board can we better produce PVC film.
